
Black Sherif ‘threatens poverty’ again on Second Sermon. With ‘First Sermon’ almost hitting a million views on YouTube, Black Sherif has released Part II of the good news.
The Konongo-Zongo raised sensational rapper-songwriter delves deeper into the struggles of the average youth, via his ‘Second Sermon’. The song was produced by Ghanaian Stallion and mastered by Samsney. The video was directed by Jeneral Jay.
Black Sherif explained the motivation behind this song saying; “This is me sending a message to my people at home (Konongo). I also dedicated this one to my Angel, Sister Mariama (RIP).”
Black Sherif further explained that he just tries to describe “the day-to-day lifestyle of my boys on the streets. It took me so much courage to voice this out, but this is our truth. I don’t speak for only myself, I pray God blesses every young person on the street trying hard to make ends meet.”
